All new products we sell come with a warranty to cover manufacturing or material faults.  Most products like kites, kiteboards and harnesses are covered for a period of 12 months.  Some products are covered for 6 or 3 months.

Please contact us if you like to know which cover is offered for the item you like to purchase.  The manufacturer has the right to repair, exchange or refund the product.

In case of a product failing or showing unusual wear and tear within the warranty period, please contact us and we pass on your claim to the manufacturer/supplier.

It is very helpful to email photos of the damaged product to us.  Some suppliers do require these and it certainly speeds up proceedings.
